Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pyrography artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed purchases. Each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation crafted specifically for you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us at Chandler.a.derrico@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Custom commission pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all details (design, size, wood type) are confirmed before we start your piece. We will provide progress photos throughout the creation process for your approval.
All pieces are made to order and handcrafted with precision. Because Chandler Allan Arts is a solo studio and the artist maintains a full-time professional schedule outside of the workshop, orders typically ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. These lead times ensure each item receives the dedicated attention to detail it deserves. We appreciate your patience and support of independent artistry.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
While we ensure every package is securely prepared for transit, Chandler Allan Arts is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at Chandler.a.derrico@gmail.com with your order details. After 24 hours or once an item has shipped, the sale is considered final.
