Chandler Allan D'Errico is a dedicated artist and fabricator based in Canton, Georgia. He is a descendant of Samuel Clemens—the writer and humorist known as Mark Twain. With over seven years of experience honing his craft in pyrography, Chandler has expanded his creative repertoire to include laser cutting, 3D printing, and custom electronics. Through his studio, Chandler Allan Arts, he brings intricate visions to life by meticulously blending traditional woodworking techniques with modern fabrication technology. His work ranges from highly detailed wood burned pieces to interactive, illuminated creations like his signature earplug-carrying stash lanterns.
A deep passion for the live music and festival community fuels much of his creative energy. Drawing inspiration from the immersive environments of events like Hulaween, Secret Dreams, and Sound Haven, Chandler creates art designed to resonate with the vibrant energy of these spaces. This connection to the music scene is a driving force behind his work, leading to incredible milestones like being selected as a live pyrography artist for the final Tipper and Friends at the Spirit of the Suwanee music park. Whether he is designing custom circuit boards or crafting unique visual experiences, his art is a reflection of the profound connection between sound, light, and visual expression.
Operating both Chandler Allan Arts and High Fidelity Hideaway, Chandler continues to push the boundaries of his artistic capabilities. He is constantly exploring new ways to merge organic materials with innovative technology. Every piece is handcrafted with careful attention to detail, aiming to bring a piece of that magical festival atmosphere directly into the homes of his collectors.
Each piece begins with hand-selecting the perfect slab — raw edge basswood, birch rounds, or reclaimed driftwood, chosen for its grain and character.
Using pencil and charcoal, the design is carefully mapped onto the surface — from majestic wildlife to intricate geometric patterns.
Layer by layer, heat meets wood. Varying temperatures and pressure create depth, shadow, and detail that paint alone cannot achieve.
A protective clear coat is applied to preserve the burning and protect the wood for generations. Every piece is built to last.
